BHKB is a technology-enabled self-discovery and career guidance platform designed to help students understand themselves and make informed academic and career decisions.

By accessing or using BHKB, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).

2. Definitions

• “BHKB” refers to the platform, its owners, employees, and associated entities
• “User” / “You” refers to any person accessing or using the platform
• “Platform” refers to BHKB website, application, or services
• “Services” include VIBE chats, assessments, reports, counseling, and related offerings

3. Eligibility

• Users must be capable of entering into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Users below 18 years must use the platform under parent/guardian supervision
• By using BHKB, you confirm that:
  • Information provided is accurate
  • You have authority to accept these Terms

BHKB reserves the right to terminate access if eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Registration Obligations

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access

BHKB may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• There is violation of Terms

5. Electronic Communication

• Self-awareness tools (VIBE, onboarding)

Users agree to use services with due care and independent judgment.

7. Fees & Payments

• Certain services may be paid
• Fees must be paid prior to access
• BHKB uses third-party payment providers

BHKB is not responsible for:

• Payment gateway failures
• Transaction delays

8. Taxes

Users agree to bear all applicable taxes, levies, or charges imposed by authorities unless already included.

9. Refund Policy

By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Standard refund policies for extra payments or overpayments would involve a reversal of the excess amount back to the original payment method. The payer has to formally request the refund, upon which the organization verifies the overpayment before issuing the funds. The payee (bank, merchant, or government entity) will usually verify the overpayment, which can take time. The payer will have to produce the bank statement or card statement to support the claim. While some digital refunds are quick, it often takes between 5 to 14 working days for a refund to be processed and reflected in the payer’s account. There will be no cash refunds.

10. Term & Termination

BHKB may terminate or suspend access:

• For violation of Terms
• Misuse of platform
• Legal requirements

Termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, frameworks, and reports belong to BHKB
• Users may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or replicate

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

12. Website License

BHKB grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

Users shall NOT:

• Create competing platforms
• Use bots/scrapers
• Upload harmful or unlawful content
• Attempt unauthorized access

BHKB reserves the right to investigate violations.

13. User Conduct (Legal Compliance)

Users agree NOT to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content
• Harm minors or violate privacy
• Infringe intellectual property
• Spread misinformation
• Impersonate others

BHKB may remove such content and take action as per law.

14. Content Moderation

BHKB may:

• Remove or disable access to content
• Suspend accounts
• Preserve records for legal compliance

15. Grievance Redressal

BHKB maintains a grievance mechanism:

• Complaints acknowledged within 24 hours
• Resolution within 15 days

16. Consequences of Breach

BHKB may:

• Suspend or terminate account
• Forfeit fees
• Initiate legal proceedings

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BHKB against:

• Losses due to misuse
• Legal claims arising from your actions

18. Limitation of Liability

BHKB shall not be liable for:

• Decisions taken based on insights
• Data inaccuracies
• Service interruptions

Liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.

19. Confidentiality

Users agree:

• Not to disclose platform methodologies or proprietary content
• To maintain confidentiality of shared insights

BHKB may include:

• Payment gateways
• External links

BHKB is not responsible for third-party actions.

21. Disclaimer

BHKB provides guidance based on user inputs.

22. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion
• If unresolved, referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996

23. Jurisdiction

Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

24. Severability

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

• Continued use implies acceptance
